This has included the refurbishment or extension of existing premises or new build with the aim of creating more and better opportunities for children of all ages.
One such focus has been on early-learning facilities with two projects in 2021 supported by Arc-Tech’s turnkey M&E Services including the Rainbow Family Centre (Park Farm). Located in Port Glasgow, works comprised updates to its existing premises with a new build extension to support larger numbers of pupils (aged between 2 & 5) and facilities for faculty.
Led by Main Contractor CCG, in partnership with hub West Scotland, works on the extension commenced in September 2020 and the building was officially opened in late-2021 alongside an additional, purpose-built facility in the form of Larkfield Early Centre in Greenock.
For Arc-Tech, the project represents a total of five projects to have been undertaken as part of this partnership that includes the new build construction of Glenpark Early Learning Centre (Greenock) and St Ninian’s Primary School (Greenock) as well as the refurbishment/ extension to Moorfoot Primary School, also located in Gourock.
