The 56-bed facility was one of two, purpose-built developments that were supported by Arc-Tech (Scotland) and completed in 2021 on behalf of Morrison Community Care Group and Glasgow-based contractor, CCG (Scotland).
Offering leading private residential, nursing and dementia care services, the stunning internal environment has been tailored to meet the needs of its residents. Alongside private en-suite bedrooms, Queens View also has a hair and beauty salon, cinema, visitor cafe, dining rooms and, externally, private grounds and a putting green.
The development has since been sold to a recognised care provider – having opened its doors in the summer of 2021. Since then, Arc-Tech commenced works at a new care home in Dalgety Bay supporting Morrison’s ambitious programme to deliver modern accommodation for the elderly across Scotland.
