Arc-Tech (Scotland) has supported the creation of four projects, working with Robertson and hub West Scotland, on behalf of the local authority with the new build developments forming a major part of an ambitious youth education programme to upgrade teaching and childcare services across the regional area.
The first project to have been completed as part of these works was Killermont Early Years, located within the grounds of Killermont Primary School, in Bearsden. Following suit were Oakburn Early Years, located in MIlngavie, Laidslands Early years in Kirkintilloch, and Bearsden Early Learning Centre with each of the projects undertaken simultaneously and laterally opened in late-2021 to provide a total of 272 spaces for children between the ages of 2 and 5.
