The partnership between the firms began in 2017; four developments and over 200 beds have since been created. The commencement of Dundee Road, following on from Almondside Care Home in Livingston, is now the sixth project to have been supported by M&E Services from Arc-Tech (Scotland), each designed to align with the aspirations of the client to deliver a class-leading standard of 24/7 residential, nursing and dementia care provision for the over 65’s.
