Centro House, Stirling
Centro House is a new, high-specification student housing block that was delivered on behalf of Stirling University and Applied Capital, located off-campus in the centre of the city.
Arc-Tech (Scotland)’s first step into the student housing sector saw works undertaken alongside Applied Capital comprising a full M&E Services installation for a building that has space for up to 122 beds including 62 rooms split into flats with 5, 6, or 7 bedrooms.
Students benefit from a shared kitchen/living space that is complete with integrated appliances, a three-quarter size bed, wardrobe, desk and an ensuite shower room.
All works were performed within a 32-week programme and delivered on time and on budget for the 18/19 academic year. The list of Services installed includes:
